Object এর subject + am being/is being/are being + verb এর past participle form + by + subject এর object.
active voice-"He is going to open a shop
passive voice-A shop is going to be opened by him
that conjunction এর উভয় পাশের বাক্যকেই যার যার tense অনুযায়ী voice এর পরিবর্তন করতে হবে। এজন্য প্রথম বাক্যটি present indefinite tense এবং দ্বিতীয় বাক্যটিকে past indefinite এ থাকায় voice ঐ tense অনুযায়ী করতে হবে।
