”ম্যাডোনা-৪৩” কি?

স্বাধীনতা যুদ্ধের প্রতীক হিসেবে পরিচিত ভাস্কর্য “অঙ্গীকার” চাঁদপুর জেলা শহরে অবস্থিত।

বিখ্যাত ভবদহ বিল বাংলাদেশের যশোর জেলায় অবস্থিত। ভৌগোলিক অবস্থান অনুযায়ী এটি মূলত যশোরের মনিরামপুর, অভয়নগর ও কেশবপুর উপজেলা এবং পার্শ্ববর্তী খুলনার ডুমুরিয়া ও ফুলতলা উপজেলার অংশবিশেষ জুড়ে বিস্তৃত একটি অঞ্চল।

"Guard the children against bad company" is a  correct sentence. 

 "He as well as his brother was present" is correct :-

-- First Subject Agreement: When two subjects are connected by the phrase "as well as", the verb must agree in number and person with the first subject.

-- Singular Subject: The first subject in this sentence is "He", which is singular.

--  Singular Verb: Because the first subject is singular, it requires the singular past tense verb "was". 

"It is high time you - - - - up smoking. বাক্যের শূন্যস্থানে সঠিক শব্দ বসবে - - gave.

It is high time এরপর subject থাকলে পরবর্তী verb টির past form হয়। তবে বাক্যটি present এর অর্থ বহন করে।

এটা স্বতঃসিদ্ধ নিয়ম যে, ‘lest’ conjunction হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হলে পরববর্তী বাক্যে Sub + should + Verb-এর Present form হয়। should নিজস্ব কোনো অর্থ বহন করে না। এটা বাক্য গঠনে সাহায্য করে।
